...your ships are already OP in this theme... so yes... Sky Pirates have cannon balls, not lasers.

those would just bounce off the armor, if I take the shield off, if not they'd bounce off the shields. i'm also assuming they won't put rifling in the barrels of their weapons so they won't be very accurate
