Smith- Depends on the smith. But we have a set standard we need to meet. If we don't meet it, another smith replaces you. If you go over the standard, you stay and get better pay.

*kavaar* how much would steel cost? And jace, it sounds like you'd be waiting a long time. And if you've never used a forge before, i highly doubt they'd open one up to train you when there's others with the know how that need it
