*Natasha* Ryan and his squad were part of an experimental project. Send odsts from deep space in cryo drop pods. They lost contact with his ship late in the war when it was on its first mission as such. No other records exist of him after until his appearance as a trainee. And the files to get him here were tampered with, along with the mission files sent to him the day the other day. He shouldn't have been here at all and he left when he was done with some help from out side

*Natasha* once they get a good lead on his location, all they have is video of a ship not known from our galaxy leaving from the area he fell to. The video was taken from the ship so they'd know where to locate his body, but they found no body and his foot prints show he got on the ship willingly
