Solana: Correct. But it goes much furthur than that. For the Valkyrian Crusaders, and Valkyrur...it is a very precious resource...*holds up a Ragnaid container* They can make these, Ragnaid to increase the healing effects for a one time use container. and various other things.

Solana: Good, Valkyrur have their own traits, pale blue hair, red eyes. We heal much faster than normal humans, and can unleash energy present within Ragnite. This is probably public info now, so I don't need to hide it.
