Desmond's action gets the nearest enemies' attention, 4 head to him with assaults rifles. Akane hits with the shot gun, 8 awake and alert, 1 locked in the bathroom out cold. The next targets for kyoko are heading to desmond*

*ryan kills the guy aiming for him, 8 alive at this point (1 out cold, 7 going to either desmond, akane, or kyoko). desmond's warp misses, the 4 fire a burst at him (6, 5, 3, and 3). kyoko misses both targets (14, 13). 3 are going to akane, one with an assault rifle, one with a shot gun, and the last with sword that's on fire, the one with an assault rifle fires a burst, the other 2 aren't in range yet (11)*

*ryan misses (19). desmond hits with his warp (4). akane kills the sword guy (10) and shotgunner (3). kyoko make swiss cheese of one guy and kills a second (not rolling against a nat 20, 9) (4 alive enemies, 3 attacking desmond {one of whom is being hurt by warp}, 1 out cold in the bathroom) the 3 on desmond fire another burst (11, 3, 20)*
