Dr.Thalfar: The other models? On average it took them about 5 months. some models developed faster, one even developed as little as a week, Most develop within three months...but it all depends on circumstances and what their exposed to. Kyoko can only develop as much as she's exposed to...but, her plume is also special...its bigger than other models and we refined it more. We're not sure what could happen with her systems.
