*i now focus on the knives, and one of them shoots out, just through Katrina's wings, not hitting anything except the wall* holy shit...

^*Looks at wing* That was pretty close. I wonder if you combine your sniper training with these knives and aim at those targets.^

*suddenly, all the knives are sticking out of a dummy's skull or neck* ...woah...that...that's awesome...what can you do Katrina?

^Well, besides give good advice, I don't have any powers. Although this body is stronger than I expected though and when Mary blinded everyone, I recovered faster than everyone else.^

[Nick]

oh...that kinda stinks...having powers then not having any...least you can fly...

[Iceick]

^Well, when you have better control of your powers you can use the wind to allow you to fly as well. But until then you can always try using a hang glider and create an up draft to fly.^

yyeeaahh...no thanks...i'll leave flying to the people who actually have wings...so, what was it like? being a psychic?

^Well to be honest, it was both fun and scary. I mean you get to spy on other peoples thoughts and move stuff around just by thinking it, but foreseeing your own death is frightening and if you decide to change it, you'd only see how it happens the next time. *Turns and looks saddened* Because I gave it all up, I can no longer remember what it was that scared me enough to pass it on to Fred. I just hope he can do better than I thought I could.^

*goes and puts hand on her shoulder* hey, it's alright...tell ya the truth i looked straight down an enemy barrel more times than i can remember, always thinking that was it...i was scared each and every time i was deployed...and while i was getting shot at, you had a good kid as a boyfriend, and you could do stuff almost noone else could...even though you had to pass your powers on, you're still awesome... *smiles wholeheartedly*
