*Samantha nods and walks with the AI. She looks ready to shoot anyone she finds.*

*Marcus is right behind Sam, listening, and paying attention to the surroundings, but also pulls up a feed from the satelites he gave the collector, and finds out Vince was the leader of the rebel wolves, and starts finding out what the first crime was, until the destruction of the planet*
M AI: after the collector hid in a barrel of food to attempt to catch the rebels off gaurd, they destroyed most of the city, then went and found the collector, who teleported off with the rebel leader. the other AI and i revived all the wolves whose bodies were intact enough, and we're about to starts cloning the others so they may 'live' again. we'd only make the body, then transfer memories to the clones, let them know they ARE clones, and what happenned. we can not, and will not start that process until we have full confirmation and authorization to do so, which either the Collector or the next in command would have to allow

AI: then we'd need the confirmation of the highest ranking. we already went down the list of those whose DNA we collected and who was revived, matched it with the list of inhabitants from your city...you're the highest ranking survivor Samantha...all the high council was targetted first after the sneak attacks stopped

*Samantha.* <Then no. It would be horrible, I think to go through life knowing you are nothing more than a fake version of someone else.>

AI: then the only other option for reviving enough of your race to last would be just to hide the fact they are clones

AI: *seems taken aback* you'd really let your race die off?

:*appears next to them* yes cloning is a bad thing because it isnt the same person you need to bring the soul and body back which i can do but only if you let me:

AI: ......alright then Samantha, we won't clone the others of your species. but you do know if the other AI and i are captured by another race, they might be able to force us to create the clones...

AI: not that simple, all AI have more redundancies to ensure hardware failure doesn't kill us, and it takes a virus few if any people can create if they didn't help design the AI
