Great... more looking. I'm not a fan of hexes that require work to fix. I thought magic could do anything... good thing I never believed that.

*Karen.* (Magic is only what you make it. A tool and in the wrong hands.... well... I think you can see for yourself. Hexes were never meant to be easy to do. I must have been hit full power. I think he would have hidden something at our old village. And dotz... thank you for the help.)

*I take the book and head to where their old village was.*

=That's just it. He's always in the dark about everything... I trust him as a friend, but he never gives the full story. He does something really good, turns on everyone, and then makes it right somehow. The way he functions is odd... he always is 10 steps ahead on everything, using everything to his advantage only to make it benefit others when he sees fit. I've worked with him for a long time, through all those adventures, it's his methods that always made me concerned...=

*DB and Karen get teleported by my GC house's basement*

*Jerome.* <We've had problems with him before. We got this planet by threatening him. I guess it is kind of concerning.>

*Karen feels much better now and clams down.*

*The area is wooded over and barely resembles a village anymore. Houses are decaying with plants growing through the walls and roofs. There's things mostly laying where they were left. The panicked hurry is easy to see.*

*I walk around the village reading the book and looking at the village remains trying to draw connections*

=...I don't think he would do something that bad, I'm just saying that this planet might be part of some plan ten years from now to kill some guy he foresaw that he would fight... or that he made the GC to throw off the Sons for some other hidden organization to strike from the shadows... that stuff. I'm not saying it's true, but he's done odd stuff in the past.=

*Every once and a while he passes a letter scrawled in a building in dark red ink. The books look old and warn out. Bug's have been chewing on them for a while. Dotz should feel a strange energy like presence as he walks around the old village. The letters all spell "To dust. We watch the dawn."*

*Gene.* <Then who are we to judge?>

(Feels like a graveyard... to dust usually means the end of one's life... as for watching the dawn, spirits of the dead? Sounds like Tyrus.)

*There's some scraps of old cloth laying out. Some bloody swords. Dotz eventually kicks a skull over into the open.*

=...As Dotzrus has stated, Chaos is the balance of Good and Evil through conflict... though it involves violence, is better than the assimilation that most, but not all, Unity followers believe in to Unite the Cosmos. Anyway, Chaos has always followed a lifestyle of unpredictability. This ideal led many of them to insanity and obsessiveness. Few, like Dotz, saw that being unpredictable was a form of balance... a way to balance good and evil in ones soul...=

*The house is in shambles, pictures crooked, faded paintings, chairs in shambles. A skeleton lays slumped over with it's hand still on a tea cup. There's evidence of Mark being there to mourn. He left a robe on one of the racks and it's easy to feel an unsettling energy.*
