preferred windows security applications

What are your preferred security applications/tweaks that you use with windows to make it more secure??

for me the answer is simple.

Internet security: Comodo Internet Security Free (best damn FREE Internet security application out there, and with as good as their free version is, I can't wait to buy their paid version...were talking auto sandboxing of unknown applications, protection of overflows, verification of Internet data being transmitted to you, a three level security system ( firewall, sandbox, and their proprietary defense+) and much, much more...ALL FOR FREE) however, I must warn you, it WILL prevent your programs from running if you are a programmer, depending on what they do, my friend has had his system locked up many a times due to comodo...so if your a programmer, disconnect from the Internet, and close comodo before programming...its just that dang protective :p and that is why I love it...
