realized we need to save our donkeys

I just realized something yesterday while talking on the phone with two of my friends at separate intervals...  we are using SOOO MANY quotes and references to other things that we could get sued into oblivion for...and yet there are other people that do that sort of thing all the time...

the reason they do not get sued into oblivion is simple...THEY DO NOT SELL THEM FOR PROFIT, NOR TO THEY TAKE ANY CREDIT FOR SAID MATERIALS...

I also realized, that there is currently nothing in the game that could keep some random jerk from downloading it, and selling it as their own product while we have our names and programming companies plastered in the about pages... THAT WOULD BE FREAKING HORRID to have happen to us...

I realized that I need to have a page that pops up at some key point in time when you play the game (which I just lost...your welcome) that states something along the lines of such...
("We here at Caffeine Junkies Inc. And Occult Studios freely distribute this game for your enjoyment.  We take no credit for any of the quotes or references used in this game, and if you bought this game from somebody, YOU GOT SCREWED, and need to promptly demand a refund... Thank you and have a nice day")

That way, we cannot possibly get sued, due to the free use act...

so expect the copies of the game in our downloads section to be removed for the time being, until we get that page programmed up, and that updated copy zipped up, and uploaded...besides, there have been some major fixes and additions/changes made since that last version was posted, so you all need a newer copy on here anyways...
