***well, I just spent time I dont/didnt have, reading the half kinds comic...***
soooo...is it ONLY 12 pages long in total, or is tom going to continue making it, kinda like he is on the actual twokinds comic, or was it just a short comic, kinda like the minikinds comics, just longer, or what??
I kinda hope he continues it...that was rather amusing...
now, to try and figure out how much time I can spend on my computer today, and still get my chores done before I have to get ready/leave for work today... *sigh* iunno how much time I'll have... x.x"
but I'ma TRY to use that time to FINALLY figure out gimp, and how to use it/what all each tool allows me to do...
cause I wana TRY to FINALLY get a picture for fl drawn up... *sigh* only problem is, that I've read, that although gimp is a VERY POWERFUL and VERY GOOD RIVAL to photoshop, for free at least, I've read and seen youtube videos stating that gimp has a VERY STEEP learning curve...soooo, in other words, I may not be able to learn how to use it well enough before chores/work/getting ready for work, to be able to even start making fl... *sigh* so wish me luck, and also, wish me luck that I DONT LOSE TRACK OF TIME, TO THE POINT OF NOT BEING ABLE TO GET MY CHORES DONE/SHOWER (which takes me freaking 15 minutes no less x.x"...yea...it LITERALLY takes me roughly 15 minutes to shower...and thats no joke or exageration...*sigh*)

If you like that pic with Trace and Flora I found a sequel to that. Also, the HalfKind comic was canceled when Tom started TwoKinds. Although I think he should pick up the story again.

*sigh* yea, I WAS SUPPOSED TO/GOING TO draw fl today...alas, I got SEVERELY sidetracked, and never even got to finish todays chores x.x"...so I'ma have even less time tomorrow to be on my pc, due to having to do both tomorrow, AND TODAYS chores, tomorrow before work x.x"...so...yea...hopefully SOON, I'll have learned enough about gimp to be able to START to draw fl...ON THE PLUS SIDE OF THINGS HOWEVER... ;3...one of my good online art buddies sent me some, ok, A LOT, of links to art tutorials online...this was sent to me about, hmmm...maybe 2-3 years ago as of now, but they still apply...at least to SOME extent...cause they are ALMOST ALL techniques, and you cant exactly kill the usefullness of a technique...sure, you might have to adapt the way that you go about using it, but it still applies...
so once I FINALLY know how to use gimp, or at least well enough, I'll be learning how to use those art tutorials that she sent me... I just hope like hell that the pages they are on, still exist...cause a LOT of them are picture based tutorials that people had on their DA accounts...so god only knows if they still exist x.x"
