So...uhm...last night while on the phone wih db, I logged into our web hosting accumt control panel, and saw that the memory usage/limit text was "0/0k" which, when I first saw that, I thought it was a hosting panel glitch, cause I've had a few from tuem before...so I open up the resource usage page, and every one of the memory likit sections ALSO said 0...

There was also somehing else that caught my eye...unfortunately, I don't remember what it was off the top of my head...however, I also just realized something...between midnight and 1am on Tuesday morning, or the 17th, the servers cpu usage wad higher than I've EVER seen it...meaning 80%+...

OOH...I REMEMBER WHAT THE OTHER THING WAS...

the entru process limiter, went fro alloeing us 20 entry processes at once, to 25...and if I had to guess, id say that those are either the number of "programs" or what are known as cron jobs, that your alloeed to run at once,,, meaning the allowed number of what evr they are, went from allowing 20 to run all at the same time, to 25...


My next two posts will be my initial support ticket, and the next one will be the support member that replied's reply...letsjust say that it surprised the crap out of me, caught me WAY WAAAAY off guard, and pleased the living crap out of me...THIS IS JUST ONE REASON WHY I LOVE THESE GUYS...nun

...*facepalms*...wow...I was going to post something about the comic system that we now are going to use...in the server upgrades thread...wow...just...wow...

anyways, heres the posts between me and the support guy...

"ok...I'm curious now...the home screen of my control panel says that there is 0/0K memory usage, and it also now says that the entry process limit is 25 as compared to the 20 that I remember it being when I first registered a paid account here so I thought that the memory thing was a glitch, and so I looked into the resource usage panel, and the memory limit in there says that it is 0, for every chunk of data that there is in the log so I have to ask you guys...has for some reason, the resource limits/restrictions on my hosting account, have they somehow been raised i ncapasity?? cause I'm not sure, at least, as to why my account states that there is no limit on the memory, nor do I realize how or why my entry process limit has been increased by 5... I am in no way complaining...I am just really surprised and happy about this, if it is indeed not a glitch..."
