What cant even the collector get his hands on that a dragon can?

There is no such thing as resistance to death. Dragons are good at not dying but death even stalks them.

[Dat Basitin]

*The collector nods no.* <Let me rephrase that. Their resistance to fatal injuries. Skin cuts easily, dragon scales on the other hand are tougher than diamond.>

Dragon scale armor is mass produced and sold by dragons. Its the next best thing to actually being able to grow them yourself.
