OOC: well if you like only having one super race, what we could do is we could have the project fail somehow. Ether the test subjects go crazy and it doesnt work, or they branch off and defy the Collector and he has to put them down or something like that.

OOC: and he was Still spying on the Collector without permission. Can you say lost campaign rights and kicked off planet? That's only if the Collector finds out about it though. Also he wasnt planning on kidnapping basitins. He was planing on well... I'll explain it IC soon.

All who join his planet, can ether stay in the above ground city as a normal race, with limited privileges or rights or they could become a super species of any kind. It's free to become a wolf and only wolves have access to the underground city, but it costs money for the other serums. Also there will be special cities constructed that only super species can go to. If you join the military you will be given a personality assessment and based on the results that will determine your species but you get the serum for free regardless.*
