As you know, we are people of true Chaos. Just today, I have been warned that the Sons of Unity are on the rise again. We have made this wonderful city to be the center of Chaos, my guess is they will either copy this, or destroy it.
*The crowd start talking and mumbling*
We will not go down without a fight, we never have and never will. I have fought them before single-handedly, but now with you, my own people, friends, and family, we can take out this danger as one. I do not see their rise as a threat, I see it as a test, a challenge to our society, to test what we stand for, and to show that when we survive, Chaos will be stronger than ever.

I want the space around us monitored, I want the all of our spies searching for information of the rise. I want some of industries to focus on War goods. I want trade with the Dragons to invest in new technologies. I want background checks on any new members. I want our stockpiles checked and caches counted. I want morale high and public involvement at 150%. Exceptions only go to the food growers other crafting professions, I need them working under perfect conditions. Our elders are not to be ignored and the children to not be hidden in the dark. Women involvement is appreciated but not mandatory. I want our animals to be trained in any helpful skill or task. I want our shelters checked, fixed, and stockpiled. Medical supplies are a must. Communications with allies must be up 24/7. Any glitches or black outs MUST be reported in for analysis. I will keep you posted and I expect you to do the same with me. Understand?
