not sure when to open up the forum

I've been waiting for my programming partner to get his button here and get on his account to help in building and maintaining the forum since yesterday now, and although it has only been 2 days since I created the forum, it is preventing me from opening up this dang forum to the public, so that said, I am still trying to figure out when exactly I should open up the forum to registration... I mean I do not want to think of how out of hand it could potentially get if something were to go bad on here and me being the only one on here that could do anything about it...that said, I do not know when I should open the forum up for registration to the public.

so for now, the forum will stay closed to the public, no mater how badly they might want to post here about anything...it just is not an option as of right now...so sorry about this people, but you shall have to wait for a bit until he gets on here, and we get at least another few friends here to be moderators for the forum and site...
