Xel- Summoning as in, I accept a quest, I may summon someone. If I choose you, you will be notified and given the option to accept the summon for the quest or deny. If you deny I can try someone else. And you can summon anyone of us, and everyone can.

OH! Optional indicators! Everyone's necklace has a color. If you want people to know your if your nearby, you can set it to on and others necklaces nearby will glow your color. If you dont want to at some point, turn it off.
