*checks status of own weapons*{uh...i think i might...didn't realize till now how bad my weapons got smashed up...only 2 that aren't damaged are my fire-weapons...}

[Dat Basitin]

*tosses nick another dagger, freshly sharpened and polished.* {should I be the training dummy or you?}

[Nick]

{heh, funny...up to you...think i'm used to being speared by now...}

[Dat Basitin]

{Ive got armor on. This shouldnt hurt.} *jumps in the center of the arena* {You coatch. She should be able to defeat me in battle in no time.}

[Nick]

{don't be THAT untrusting of yourself!!  alright Karen, with daggers, it's alot easier to swing, but also much shorter reach...}*swings dagger a few times*{see how it doesn't really have that far of reach?  it's usually used for blocking...DB, care to help me show her some basic blocks?}

[Dat Basitin]

{shure, but I'll use something a bit smaller. after all this is her first time.} *pulls out knife and demonstrates a few blocks*

[Nick]

{alright Karen, think you can remember some of those?  'cause in combat, the enemy won't go slow...DB, attack me with your sword so we can show real-time combat to Karen...*to Karen:*  remember, this is if the enemy gets too close, or you run out of mana}

[Dat Basitin]

{Um... I still dont have my sword anymore remember.} *leaps at nick with a medium sized dagger anyway. blocks an attack, spins and hits nicks chest with the handle.*

[Nick]

{ugh}*staggers back*{i forgot how strong you were, and didn't you see all those swords i acquired in the town yesturday?}*lunges at DB and rolls behind, hitting DB's back with handle*{so ya see Karen?  it's fast paced if it comes to this close of combat...}

[Dat Basitin]

{oh those swords, yea not my style. Dont worry, I'm shure we can find some Basitin metal in the next town. Karen, never let your eyes off of your opponent.} *Takes a couple of steps back from nick and adopts a defencive stance.* {Ok, your turn. Dont worry, we arnt going to hurt you. I promice to block and dodge only.}

[Nick]

{alright Karen, that makes 2 of us only blocking and dodgeing, you can attack when ready...}*adopts usual Templar stance*

[Dat Basitin]

*Karen swings, leaning forward and going off balance. DB ducks and Karen falls rolling off of his back and onto the ground face down.* {You ok?} *offers Karen a hand. Karen flips face up and swings at DB. DB taken by compleate supprize just barely blocks.*
<dont take your eyes off your opponent.>

[Nick]

{hehe, smart...just remember, balance is very important...try attacking me}*brings dagger up to where Templar would have it*{and yes DB, i'm seeing if she would be able to take a Templar on her own}

[Dat Basitin]

{Its fine, after all, we are going to be fighting templars not Basitins.} *Karen walks over to Nick and starts attacking*

*restricts own movement and style to Templar...and ends up with Karen's dagger an inch away from neck with my dagger hit away*{uuhhhh...yeah...i think she can hold her own in a fight...DB, mind getting some of the swords from the campsite?  at least 1 being light enough for Karen to only need 1 hand for....}

[Dat Basitin]

{alright.} *drops large pile of swords on the ground inbetween Nick and Karen.* {Pick your poison.}

***ok, you guys suck...no responce at all...THAT sucks and defeated the purpose of my post... x.x***

{ha, good one...hmmm}*picks up a few and tests them, then drops all but 1*{this one is the one Temps use most often...and after Karen picks her sword, i'm gonna put the other swords as if movement is restriced on the field}

***sorry CM, didn't really know how to react to it and still keep to the RP...***

Hey guys... *waves and distracts them all* mind if I watch you all sparring?? :3 *I say plopping down a little off to the side*
