*I sit on the porch unable to hear Mark and Tyrus and smoke a cigar*

<Come on. Out with it.> *Mark gets impatient.*

<Because your just being a suborn jerk. Yes he did some bad things to you but he is a changed person and you have no right to treat him that way. You are selfish and cowardly and sometimes I am ashamed that you are even from my clan. Even if he did try to kill you thats no reason to act stupid, and go feral. Do you even know what could have happened? How many lives you could have ruined? You have more to care for than just yourself.> *Tyrus finishes.*

*Mark just sits there shocked.*

*Tyrus looks Mark directly in the eye.* <That was your punishment and I was an unfortunate casualty. Yes, I forgive him and I never hated him in the first place.>

(No... though I can't hear them, I trust that if Tyrus and Luxa can't get through to him, then there's no point anymore. I'm giving Mark a chance, I will not fight him, I will not threaten him or harm his family, I just want us to be on equal ground. We don't have to be friends, but being tolerate of each other would make me happy enough.)

*Mark and Tyrus stair each other in the eyes for the better part of a minuet. The animosity in Mark's posture slowly ebbs off. Tyrus turns and walks away.*

*I head in for bed and Vorgin returns to my soul. I walk in and see Laura fast asleep and quietly close the door. I then go to my bed and fall asleep with Jaxon on my bed*

*Mark sleeps in the fire pit tonight because he does not want to wake Luxa or Julia.*
