The Omega are powerful people... MONSTERS who enjoy nothing more than the destruction of all life. I sense there's one for every person on the ship. Their arrogance with not go unscathed. They expect a massacre instead of a battle. We will surprise them...

The arrows won't affect HIM... besides HIS not flying with them... I think he's closer than you think.
