{well, what do you normally do for excersizing?}

*Amnesty cartwheels onto one hand and backflipps over Nicks head. She lands on one foot, bents her back backward in an arch and rolls like a wheel a few paces back before unfolding back to a normal posture.*

{...well damn...that's really good......only thing i can think of is put gradually increasing wieght onto your wrists and ankles as bracelets...start small, then increase the weight as you can do that just as well}

[Dat Basitin]

*Amnesty laughs.* <Put me in armor and I'd be dead. I dont think I can even lift your chest plate.>

{well, i didn't quite say armor...}*i smile a little bit*{i did say however, something like this...}*i suddenly catch a small bracelet like object from a fire portal, and hold it out for her to see*{not even 5 lb's...and you wear it like a bracelet...i have 4 total...one each for someone's wrists, and ankles}

[Dat Basitin]

*Amnesty looks at the bracelet.* <Why do you even have those?>

[Nick]

{i just thought they might come in handy...um...i used a less fancy way of this to get to my current strength actually...}

[Dat Basitin]

*Amnesty.* <Less fancy?>

{...i tied rocks to my wrists and ankles...these are measured metal wieghts...}

*Amnesty takes them.* <Thanks.>

*Amnesty puts the ankle ones one.* <So do I wear these all the time?>

{i'd suggest the wrist ones at least...they're a pain to put on by yourself...the ankle ones are more to help with foot speed really...}

<Alright.> *Amnesty starts walking home.* <Let Laura know that Patricia can keep that dress, I'll buy a new one tomorrow.>
