well, from what i can tell from the wounds amnest recieved, they can only put minor wounds on those they attack wile time is frozen, so unless they hit the neck in the right spot, you'll be fine

if time is frozen, nothing can progress, so if you were to hit something with a sword while time was frozen, it won't do anything, not even a scratch, since what you hit is also frozen with time. you wouldn't even beable to move a feather unless it was unfrozen
