It will prevent the use of magic that hurts or kills people and prevents unwilling hexes. Other magic can still be used and I can change it to be less restrictive if it turns out well. Since I use elements, if I tried to harm anyone with elements, it will kill me.

exactly...thats why I proposed a dual ownership/person barrier...to where it takes AT LEAST two people to control the functioning of it so that one singler person couldnt muck with it if they went nuts...
